I was thinking teal eyeliner and a lipstick to match the nail polish. I am trying to find teal green shoes. Would this work? Thank you so much.
you shouldn't wear teal eyeliner,you should do a natural look,like a sun kissed glow look then your shoes should be metallic like either a gold or silver and get the marble effect on the tips on your nails

I want them to look natural so i don't want these 2 inch long nails, but my nail currently are at the nail bed 2 were u can only see a lil bit of the tip (they are WEAK {i have tried everything from nail calcium to eating healthy})

Since you want one of those you can just ask them for the colour you want. And tell them to shape it for you so it can be a round tip. 
I love French manicures and they look great when I do them, but the problem is, it takes forever to finish and for it to dry, and then it chips the next day. How can I do a French Manicure that lasts? I can't afford to go to the salon.
I do use a top coat.
for the drying problem you can go to any drug store or mass retailer and buy an aerisol spray to make it dry faster. or you can use pam. i think that the faster it sets the better staying power it has. also use an over coat like sally hanson. that brand has serveral great top coats that will protect your manicure!

A tutorial on how to do a french tip manicure that fades from mint green to purple.
The technique can be applied to any colors you want! =) Use your favorite color combinations!
For a better result use a matte polish to make the base french tip line and a sheer polish to make the fade with the sponge.
Remember to apply base and top coats!
The purple and green colors are from Sinful Colors.
The black Nail Art Pen and Brush is from Forever 21. I think it was about $2.80. Really cheap!
The sponge is an art sponge with a wooden handle I bought at Walmart from the craft/art section. Really inexpensive! It's cheaper than cosmetic sponges.

I want to get a really cool color that would look good on pale skin tone. Since spring is coming i should stay away from the kinda dark colors. What do you think? I'm cool with odd colors as well.
Light blue or light green.
It can be a bit odd if not done right, but they're both gorgeous colours for spring and summer

It's just called a French tip. But when you get them done, just ask them to make them shorter than normal.
You can also get kits so you can do this by yourself at home. It comes with a white & pink polish. You put the white on the end of your tips then go over it with the pink.
That way you have them a short as your nails now, but you can still get the french tip.
i keep trying to do a French Manicure on my fingernails but it always turns out looking like crap, especially my left hand. need help!
of course it is possible to do it yourself, if you go to the store and get a kit to help you with the lines of the white, you can do a better job on your nails, I have been doing my own french since it cost too much to get it done for years except I do not need the kit since I am a manicurist for 15 years
